STEP 1
SUBMITTING FORMS
Before beginning to work with me, please fill out the information form on this website. This allows me to have a better understanding of the care your pet requires and how to access your home during my visits.
NOTE FOR KEYS:
Needing to trade off the key to the owner directly will require a $10 fee for travel.
If you ask me to leave the key on your property, I am not liable for any incidents that may occur outside of my care.
STEP 2
WALKIES ACCOUNT
PunkyPets is powered through the Walkies App or Website.
Via your phone number or email you provided in your booking form, you will be sent an invitation in order to sign up.
There is also a chat box in the app or website that you can use for communication with me. This is the best way to book, pay, message, and get real time notifications about your pet during a visit
STEP 3
MEET AND GREET
After submitting your forms, I will reach out to book a meet and greet via the communication method that you selected as preferred on your form (Walkies communication, text message or email). Meet and Greets are MANDATORY to ensure that all parties are comfortable with my level of care and expertise.
These are a free service that range from 15-20 minutes.
STEP 4
UPDATES FOR VISITS
During a visit, Walkies will be updated with pictures, alerts, and updates on the visit and your pets care. The walkies app is highly suggested in order to access these updates live.
Push notifications are also higly recommended to keep in contact with me during our visit. Otherwise, a link will be sent to your preferred method of communication once the visit is completed.
